Suzanne Douma - Central High Night School Teacher beginning September 27, 2016 and ending November 1, 2016 for 4.75 hours per day/2 days per week. She will be placed at step 10 of the M lane of the Teachers Association salary schedule.
Alexander Drey - Parent Educator for 0.06 FTEs (85 hours ) beginning September 20, 2016 for the 2016-17 school year. He will be placed at step 1 of the Teachers Association salary schedule with an hourly rate of $22.01.
Marjorie Johnson - Long Term Substitute Teacher for Denise Geistfeld at Rosa Parks Elementary School beginning September 26 and ending June 7, 2017 on an intermittent basis. She will be placed at step 10 of the M lane of the Teachers Association salary schedule.

She will be compensated at the rate of $13.49 per hour in accordance with the agreement between the District and the Minnesota School Employees Association.
Alexander Drey - Voluntary decrease in Early Learning Teaching Assistant at the Family Learning Center from 19.5 hours per week to 17.5 hours per week (3.5 hours on M/T/Th and 7 hours on W) for a total of 585.5 hours per year, effective as of September 20, 2016.
Phyllis Enz - Increase in Cook’s Helper assignment from 5 hours per day to 6 hours per day/5 days per week beginning September 26, 2016.

SALARY LANE ADVANCEMENTS
In accordance with the terms of the agreement between the Mankato Teachers Association and the District, teachers have submitted their requests for salary lane advancement. Each of these requests has been reviewed and a list of those qualifying for salary lane advancement for the 2016-17 school year is shown below. The salary lane advancements will be retroactive to the beginning of the 2016-17 school year. The Administration recommends that the Board approve the salary lane advancements.
