Assurance of Compliance Report
Background:
Each year, school districts in Minnesota must submit an Assurance of Compliance with State and Federal laws prohibiting discrimination to the Department of Education. The administration recommends that the School Board authorize the Superintendent to submit the report on behalf of the District.
Recommended Action:
The Administration recommends approval of the Assurance of Compliance Report.
