APPOINTMENTS (INSTRUCTIONAL)
David Evans – Full-time (1.00 FTEs) Industrial Technology Teacher at East/Central High Schools beginning August 31, 2015 for the 2015-16 school year.  He will be placed at step 5 of the B+15 lane on the Teachers Association salary schedule, contingent upon obtaining licensure.
 
Amanda Stahl – Full-time (1.00 FTEs) Gateway to Technology Teacher at Dakota Meadows Middle School for 2^nd semester only, beginning January 22, 2016 through the end of the 2015-16 school year.  She will be placed at step 6 of the B lane on the Teachers Association salary schedule.
 
Taylor Waldorf - Long Term Substitute Communications Teacher at East Junior High School for Katie Netland beginning May 4 and continuing through June 1, 2015.  He will be placed on step 1 of the B lane on the Teachers Association salary schedule.
 
 
APPOINTMENTS (NONINSTRUCTIONAL)
Staci Vollmer – NonClassroom (lunchroom) Paraprofessional at Hoover Elementary School for 1.75 hours per day/5 days per week beginning April 28, 2015. She will be compensated at the rate of $10.66 per hour.
 
 
CONTRACT ADJUSTMENTS (NONINSTRUCTIONAL)
Rachel Kamm – ECFE/SR Coordinator’s Secretary   – Change in position classification from B21 to B22 with an hourly rate of $15.60, effective retroactively to April 1, 2015.


REQUESTS FOR LEAVE (INSTRUCTIONAL)
Makenzie Evans, 1^st Grade Teacher at Monroe Elementary School has requested a leave under the provisions of the Family Medical Leave Act commencing on September 10 and ending October 23, 2015.
 
Elizabeth Hanson, Kindergarten Teacher at Kennedy Elementary School has requested a leave under the provisions of the Family Medical Leave Act commencing on September 10 and continuing through October 7, 2015.
 
 
REQUESTS FOR LEAVE (NONINSTRUCTIONAL)
Mindy Baer, Special Education Paraprofessional at Dakota Meadows Middle School has requested a leave under the provision of the Family Medical Leave Act commencing on April 20 and ending May 5, 2015.
 
 
TERMINATION/NON RENEWAL OF TEACHING CONTRACTS OF PROBATIONARY AND/OR CONTRACT SUBSTITUTE TEACHERS
   Whereas, Meghan Sunderland is a probationary or substitute teacher in Independent School District No. 77,
    Be it resolved by the School Board of Independent School District No. 77 that pursuant to Minnesota Statute 122A.40 Sub division 5, and Minnesota Statute 122A.44 Subdivision 2 that the teaching contract of Meghan Sunderland is hereby terminated at the close of the 2014-15 school year.
   Be it further resolved that written notice be sent to said teachers regarding termination and non-renewal of their contracts and assignments as provided by law.
