Acceptance of Gifts and Grants
Background:
NAPA Auto Parts donated hand tools and electronic diagnostic equipment valued at $2,500 to the District’s Automotive Technology program.
Sertoma of Greater Mankato donated $500 to the Deaf & Hard of Hearing program.
An anonymous donor gave books, art supplies and classroom materials valued at $515 to the Family Learning Center.
Aaron DeVlaeminck donated a classroom set (30 copies) of the book “Green Card Youth Voices” to East Senior High School, valued at $600.
The Eagle Lake Fire Department donated $500 to Eagle Lake Elementary for the open gym program.
The Mankato Basketball Association donated $7,000 to purchase four new backboards and hoops for the gym at Bridges Community School.
Maschka Riedy and Ries Law Firm donated three 12’ x 4’ whiteboards valued at $750 to the District.
