Background:
On March 9, 2017, eight bids were received for the Jefferson Elementary School Elevator Addition.
Recommended Action:
The administrative team and Oleson & Hobbie Architects, LLC, our professional engineering firm, recommend that the bid as submitted by Salonek Construction in the amount of $381,422 be accepted by the School Board. The project budget is $200,000 and a summary of the bids received is attached.
