Background:
The District submitted the Pay Equity Implementation Report to the State of Minnesota as required before January 31, 2015. The data contained in the report represented compensation data as of December 31, 2014.
The District has now received a Notice of Pay Equity Compliance for successfully meeting the requirements of the Local Government Pay Equity Act M.S. 471.991 - 471.999 and Minnesota Rules Chapter 3920. A copy of the Notice is enclosed for your information.
