Background:
On March 9, 2017, five bids were received for the West High School Annex 2nd Floor Remodeling.
Recommended Action:
The administrative team and Oleson & Hobbie Architects, LLC, our professional engineering firm, does not recommend that the bid as submitted by Gosewisch Construction of Mankato in the amount of $817,942 be accepted by the School Board. The project budget is $100,000 and a summary of the bids received is attached.
