APPOINTMENTS (NONINSTRUCTIONAL)
Heather Colvin - Full-time, 8-hour per day Activities Secretary at West High School beginning November 13, 2017. This assignment has a work-year of 204 days plus 9 paid holidays. She will be placed at step 2, classification B21 of the Educational Secretaries Association salary schedule.
Mohamed Sharif - Full-time, 8-Hour Evening Custodian at Prairie Winds Middle School beginning November 20, 2017. He will be placed at step 1, classification A13 of the Maintenance and Custodial Workers Association salary schedule with an hourly rate of $13.99.
CONTRACT ADJUSTMENTS (NONINSTRUCTIONAL)
Tonia Kortuem - 4-Hour Custodian. Location change only from Lincoln to Prairie Winds Middle School, effective as of November 6, 2017.
Erica Ordaz - ACES Site Supervisor at Roosevelt Elementary School. Increase in hourly rate to $15.02 per hour beginning November 16, 2017.
Michael Thursby, 77 Lancers Marching Band Director - Correct salary to $5,000 for the season.
Erica White - Transfer from TAPP Childcare Provide to Special Education Paraprofessional at Central High School for approximately 24 hours per week beginning September 25, 2017. She will be compensated at the rate of $12.36 per hour in accordance with the agreement between the District and the Minnesota School Employees Association.
REQUESTS FOR LEAVE (INSTRUCTIONAL)
Jessica Balt, Mathematics Teacher at Dakota Meadows Middle School, has requested an unpaid leave commencing on January 23 and continuing until April 18, 2018.
Anita DeGrood, Special Education Teacher at West High School, has requested a leave under the provisions of the Family Medical Leave Act commencing on November 17 and continuing for approximately 6 weeks.
Sharon Patterson, Physical Education Teacher at Kennedy Elementary School, has requested a leave under the provisions of the Family Medical Leave Act commencing on November 17 and ending December 22, 2017.
Kim Stevermer, Special Education Teacher at Dakota Meadows Middle School, has requested a leave under the provisions of the Family Medical Leave Act commencing on or about April 6 and ending June 4, 2018.
Joy Visto, Mathematics Teacher at East High School, has requested a leave under the provisions of the Family Medical Leave Act commencing on December 20 and ending March 29, 2018.

Yasin Omar - Special Education Paraprofessional at Prairie Winds Middle School. Last date of employment was October 24, 2017.
Rachel Stege - ACES Child Care Assistant. Last date of employment will be November 22, 2017.
Chelsea Tietema - Special Education Paraprofessional at Kennedy Elementary School. Verbal resignation with the last date of employment June 1, 2017.
