Acceptance of Gifts and Grants
Background:
Prairie Ecology Bus Center provided the following grants:
$3,400 to Franklin Elementary School
$850 to Jefferson Elementary School
Mankato Clinic Foundation provided a grant of $2,500 to Prairie Winds Middle School.
Papa Murphy’s Pizza donated 300 gift certificates valued at $1,200 to the Community Education Swim Programs.
Mankato Symphony Orchestra donated 90 symphony tickets valued at $450 to be distributed to students at East High School and West High School.
West High Vex Robotics received the following donations:
$250 from Linus and Staci Anderson
$250 from Flexible Plastics Inc.
$100 from Casey’s General Store
The Kiwanis Club of Mankato donated $150 to the West High Key Club.
Junior Achievement of the Upper Midwest donated $100 to the West High DECA program.
