APPOINTMENTS (ADMINISTRATIVE)
Samuel Schroeder – Assistant Principal at East High School beginning July 1, 2015. He will be compensated according to the agreement between the District and the Principals Association – base assistant senior high principal salary, step 1.
APPOINTMENTS (INSTRUCTIONAL)
Heather Block – Adult Basic Education Assessment and Services New Ulm Site Lead and Adult Basic Education Program Teacher beginning June 1, 2015 and will work 20 hours per week the month of June. Beginning July of 2015 her total hours will be 1500.5 for the 2015-16 school year. She will be compensated at the rate of $22.77 per hour.
Jeremy Burger – Adult Basic Education Teacher for one course in summer 2015. This assignment is for 18 hours in June and 30 hours in July. He will be compensated at the rate of $21.29 per hour.
Angela Chatleain – Full-time (1.00 FTEs) Grade 4 Teacher at Rosa Parks Elementary School beginning August 31, 2015 for the 2015-16 school year. She will be placed on step 9 of the M lane on the Teachers Association salary schedule.
Katherine Soine – Full-time (1.00 FTEs) Teacher at Franklin Elementary School beginning August 31, 2015 for the 2015-16 school year. She will be placed on 10 of the M+45 lane on the Teachers Association salary schedule.
Chris Ward – Long Term Substitute Adult Basic Education Teacher for Katie Sulzle for one course in summer 2015. This assignment is for 18 hours in June and 30 hours in July. He will be compensated at the rate of $20.55 per hour.
The following will be teachers in the East Junior High Summer School Program beginning June 8 and ending June 26, 2015. The program runs for 15 days, Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. – noon. They will be compensated according to their placement on the Teachers Association salary schedule.

REQUESTS FOR LEAVE (INSTRUCTIONAL)
Kevin Dick, Technology Education Teacher at West High School, has submitted a request for a leave under the provisions of the Family Medical Leave Act commencing on September 1 and ending September 11, 2015.
TERMINATION OF EMPLOYMENT (NONINSTRUCTIONAL)
Due to the uncertainty of funding, restructuring and budget reductions and in accordance with Article XII, Section 1 of the Agreement between the District and the Minnesota School Employees Association (MSEA), the administration recommends that the employment of the probationary paraprofessionals listed below be terminated effective at the end of the 2014-15 school year.
