Acceptance of Gifts and Grants

An anonymous donor provided $45,390 for kitchen classroom renovations at Central High School.

Tom Clements donated $100 to the East High Drama Club.
 
The following school supplies were donated:
     Hy-Vee Downtown - value of $240
     Robero and Maria Cancino – value of $50
 
Mankato/North Mankato Youth Football donated $150 to the West High Football program.
 
Jones Metal Inc. donated welding metal valued at $250 to East High School.
 
Andrew and Devan Brand donated $150 to Hoover Elementary School for transportation costs to the planetarium for first graders.

East High received a grant of $2,500 from Captain Planet Foundation to support the Wildlife Ecology course and School Forest Project.

The administration recommends Board acceptance of these generous gifts.
