APPOINTMENTS (NONINSTRUCTIONAL)
Breanna Boyce - Long Term Substitute Sign Language Interpreter for Jessica Provancha beginning December 6 and ending March 4, 2019. She will be compensated at the rate of $22.25 per hour.
Azeneth Gilbertson - Special Education Paraprofessional at Monroe Elementary School for 6.25 hours per day/5 days per week beginning November 15, 2018. She will be compensated at the rate of $12.76 per hour in accordance with the agreement between the District and the Minnesota School Employees Association.
Alexa Heimer - NonClassroom (Playground) Paraprofessional at Monroe Elementary School for 1 hour and 55 minutes a day/5 days per week beginning November 26, 2018. She will be compensated at the rate of $12.76 per hour.
Sandra Hoffmann - Special Education Paraprofessional at Eagle Lake Elementary School for 6.25 hours per day/5 days per week beginning November 12, 2018. She will be compensated at the rate of $12.76 per hour in accordance with the agreement between the District and the Minnesota School Employees Association.

CONTRACT ADJUSTMENTS (NONINSTRUCTIONAL)
Lori Allan - Adjust placement on the Educational Secretaries Association salary schedule to step 5 of the B21 classification beginning July 31, 2018.
Jasmine Grams-Haugesag - Increase in Health Assistant - Resource assignment from 6.5 hours per day to 7.25 hours per day/5 days per week and adjust her start date to November 8, 2018.
REQUESTS FOR LEAVE (INSTRUCTIONAL)
Claire Baker, Choral Director at West High School, has submitted her request for a leave under the provisions of the Family Medical Leave Act commencing on April 4 and continuing through the end of the 2018-19 school year.
Katherine Sump - Extend Board approved leave to return to work on November 12,
2018.
