Acceptance of Gifts and Grants
Background:
East High Activities received a donation of $500 from Community Charities of Minnesota.
Prairie Ecology Bus Center provided a $3,400 grant to Hoover for grades 1 and 4.
CHS donated $1,000 to East High School, $1,000 to West High School, and $750 to Central High School.
Hy-Vee Downtown donated 100 books valued at $500 to the District Media/Technology department.
Midwest Art Catalyst donated $1,065 to the Prairie Winds Middle School art program.
West High VEX Robotics received the following donations:
American Engineering Testing Inc. - $100
US Bank - $500
Mankato Mental Health Associates - $100
Skogen Mechanical - $100
Yea-Ling Tsao donated $500 to the East High Dance Company.
A donation of $2,000 was made to the East High Wolverton Scholarship Fund in memory of George Patchin.
