Background:
All positions will be held until the organizational meeting for 2020.
Recommended Action:
Chair Ann Hendricks will accept nominations and conduct the election for the position of Chairperson.
Following election of the Chairperson, the Chair will continue with the nomination and election for the offices of Vice-Chairperson, Clerk and Treasurer.
