SALARY LANE ADVANCEMENTS
In accordance with the terms of the agreement between the Mankato Teachers Association and the District, teachers have submitted their requests for salary lane advancement. Each of these requests has been reviewed and a list of those qualifying for salary lane advancement beginning January of the 2018-19 school year are shown below. The salary lane advancements will be retroactive to the beginning of January of the 2018-19 school year. The Administration recommends that the Board approve the salary lane advancements.

Laura Mitchell, EL Teacher at Monroe Elementary School, has requested a leave under the provisions of the Family Medical Leave Act commencing on or about April 25 and ending June 6, 2019.
Michael Shores, Teacher at Prairie Winds Middle School, has requested an intermittent leave under the provisions of the Family Medical Leave Act commencing on January 15 and continuing through May 3, 2019.
