Council requested a discussion and possible action item on charges for development in the Main Street area. The City currently waives most buildling permit fees for Main Street. The City does charge other development fees including tree mitigation and impact fees. Staff will provide an overview of the fees waived and charged, amounts collected and the process to waive additional fees.
