The City Council will meet in Closed Session under Section 551.074 of the Texas Government Code, Personnel Matters, to evaluate and deliberate about recommendations from the City Manager relating to his initial organizational evaluation and the current allocation of resources in accordance with, and including, the City Manager’s contract, and other matters in connection therewith.
