BACKGROUND
This resolution would allow the city manager to enter into an agreement with AG/CM for the provision of owner's representation services for the construction of Fire Station #4.
GOAL
Schertz Fire Department desires to enter into an agreement for owner’s representation services during the construction of Fire Station #4.
COMMUNITY BENEFIT
Hiring owner's representation services ensures the architect and the contractor are always working in the best interest of the city.
SUMMARY OF RECOMMENDED ACTION
City Staff recommends that City Council authorizes the City Manager to enter into a contract with AG|CM Construction Management for owner’s representation services.
FISCAL IMPACT
$429,885.00 from the Fire Department Fire Station #4 Bond Fund
