National Preparedness Month is an important and essential way to raise awareness of how families and businesses can be better prepared for the impact disasters can have on communities, and how local, state and federal (FEMA) resources can help communities and specifically Schertz, become more resilient. By leveraging their partners and Emergency Managers around the country to help push initiatives forward to better prepare the members and businesses of our community to be better prepared during the most challenging and atypical of times.
