BACKGROUND
On July 16, 2024, the City Council of the City of Schertz, Texas passed a Resolution calling a Special Election on November 5, 2024, for the 15 proposed Charter Amendments.
The Charter Review Commission consisted of 11 Commissioners who were appointed by the City Council. The Charter Review Commission reviewed the current City Charter and presented 15 proposed Charter Amendments to the City Council.
