To better understand the state of education in our city from all perspectives—homeschooling, private schools, charter schools, and public schools. This initiative would aim to identify what more the city can do to support educational outcomes, support educational entities and help to ensure every student has the resources they need to succeed.

Creating a committee would bring several benefits to our community:

1. Holistic Understanding: By gathering input from a diverse range of stakeholders, we can gain a comprehensive understanding of the opportunities and challenges within our local education system.
2. Informed Decision-Making: The committee would provide evidence-based recommendations to guide city policies and ensure alignment with our broader education goals. 
3. Collaboration Across Sectors: Strengthening partnerships with educators, families, and local organizations would foster a shared vision for improving educational outcomes.
4. Enhanced Community Engagement: By involving community members in discussions and decisions, we can empower local voices and embody the principle of local control. This approach ensures that policies and initiatives are both relevant and responsive to the needs of our residents.
