BACKGROUND
As a result of the recent election, staff is putting forward draft regulations to enforce land use regulations in the EJT within 5 miles of JBSA Randolph.
GOAL
Provide draft code amendments related to regulating land uses in the City's ETJ within 5 miles of JBSA Randolph to allow feedback from Council and the community.
COMMUNITY BENEFIT
Providing the draft regulations allows time for staff to answer questions and make adjustments based on community feedback.
SUMMARY OF RECOMMENDED ACTION
Based on the feedback received from the community, staff may present a revised version prior to submitting the regulations for approval and may even hold a separate public meeting to discuss the proposed regulations with the public.

No action is recommended at this time.
