In accordance with City policy and Council rules and procedures, periodic appointments and re-appointments to City Boards, Commissions, and Committees are brought forward for City Council consideration. Capital Improvement Advisory Committee (CIAC)

Recent legislative changes to state law no longer allow members of the Planning and Zoning Commission to serve concurrently as members of the Capital Improvement Advisory Committee (CIAC). As a result, current CIAC members who serve by virtue of their Planning and Zoning Commission positions must be removed to ensure compliance with state law. Those members are as follows:
