The City of Schertz entered into an exclusive franchise agreement with Frontier Waste Services on April 1, 2025 to provide solid waste services. Those services began June 30, 2025. At the April 7, 2026 City Council meeting, Council directed Staff to conduct a resident survey to asses satisfaction with services and areas for improvement. This presentation will review and discuss the results of the survey.
