BACKGROUND
At the City Council meeting on May 12, City Council approved Resolution 26-R-060, which awarded the following students as recipients of the 2026 Hal Baldwin Scholarship:
Jordann Neskora - $5,000
Christopher Aikman - $5,000
Carli Moy - $2,500
Kaelyn Williams - $2,500
Kaelyn Williams was unable to attend the meeting on May 12, so she will be recognized at tonight's meeting.
