BACKGROUND
This is an amendment to the existing ILA with the City of Cibolo for dispatch services. This amendment will provide for a process to increase collected fees based upon the US Department of Labor, Consumer Price Indices of All Urban Consumers (CPI-U) as well as any increases based upon operational costs.
GOAL
The goal of this Resolution is to amend the interlocal agreement with the City of Cibolo for dispatch services to provide procedures for the increase of collected fees based upon the US Department of Labor, Consumer Price Indices for All Urban Consumers (CPI-U) as well as increases based upon operational costs.
COMMUNITY BENEFIT
The benefit to the community is provided by collected fees in accordance with service costs.
SUMMARY OF RECOMMENDED ACTION
Recommend the approval of Resolution 19-R-90.
FISCAL IMPACT
Fiscal Impact is realized should the CPI-U and service costs warrant an increase in collected fees paid by the City of Cibolo.
