BACKGROUND
Councilmember Heyward has shown interest in serving as an Alternate Council Liaison Member to the Animal Services Advisory Committee.
Benefit of having an alternate member of Council serving, should the Council Liaison be absent she could attend meetings in their absence. Staff recommends placing Councilmember Heyward as an Alternate Council Liaison to the Animal Services Advisory Committee.
