BACKGROUND
Retail is a much-desired industry and a primary objective of City Council to deliver to Schertz residents.
COMMUNITY BENEFIT
Retail will make Schertz a desirable place to live, work and play and has the potential to draw a regional crowd.
FISCAL IMPACT

Staff will present on ICSC trip as part of a multi-year plan to help recruit retail.
