The Planning Division has been requested by City Council based on recent zone change requests to provide a presentation on the zoning designation Planned Development District (PDD). This presentation will include information from the Unified Development Code, examples of previously approved Planned Development District zone changes, and a discussion on the current goals and objectives of Planned Development Districts.
