BACKGROUND
The City Council requested an update from staff regarding the status of the Saddlebrook, Carmel Ranch, Oakmont Place, FM 1518 Apartments and Heritage Oaks. Staff will provide an overview of pending applications under review for each project and note any more complicated or significant issues for each.
