At the May 8, 2024 Planning and Zoning Commission meeting, the Commissioners requested a workshop / discussion on the Public Hearing Notice requirements, specifically in relation to the written notice that is mailed to property owners. Included as an attachment to this staff report is the current UDC requirement for notices, UDC Article 4, Section 21.4.3 Notice Requirements. Additionally Texas Local Government Code Chapter 211 Section 211.007 is included for reference.
