BACKGROUND
On November 18, 2024, the City Council passed Resolution 24-R-156 Canvassing the election results for the November 5, 2024, Special Election-Charter Amendments.
State law requires the following from the City of Schertz:

1. Resolution 24-R-156 is the order declaring the charter amendments are adopted.
2. The City must certify the results to the Secretary of State.
3. Register the amendments in the office of the city secretary.
