BACKGROUND
With the recent appointment of Mr. Ricky Haynes to the Planning and Zoning Commission, Mr. Haynes has resigned as Alternate Member of the Board of Adjustments.
Mr. John Sellers submitted an application to the City Secretary's Department regarding his interest in being appointed as an Alternate Member to the Planning and Zoning Commission. His application has been vetted through the Interview Committee and believe he would be an appropriate appointment.
Staff recommends approval of the resignation of Mr. Ricky Haynes from the Board of Adjustments and the appointment of Mr. John Sellers as an Alternate Member to the Planning and Zoning Commission
