In alignment with the Texas Disaster Act of 1975, discuss and take action to ratify the Mayor's Local Disaster Declaration in preparation for major flooding event in the City of Schertz, Texas that also impacted all or parts of Regions 5, 6, 7, and 8 in the State of Texas.
