DEVELOPMENT INFORMATION
The following is being provided for information purposes only so that the Planning and Zoning Commission is aware of the current status of new site plan applications, status of applications heard by the Commission and recommended for final action by the City Council, and the status of administratively approved applications.
NEW SITE PLAN APPLICATIONS: No new site plan applications were submitted from July 11, 2026, to July 27, 2026.
ADMINISTRATIVELY APPROVED PROJECTS: No new administratively approved applications from July 11, 2026, to July 27, 2026.
NEW SITE PLAN APPLICATIONS: No new site plan applications were submitted from July 11, 2026, to July 27, 2026.
- Club Car Wash- A proposed 4,375 square foot automatic car wash on approximately 1.2 acres of land known as 17455 N IH 35 N, zoned General Business District (GB).
CITY COUNCIL RESULTS: No planning applications went to City Council from July 11, 2026, to July 27, 2026.
ADMINISTRATIVELY APPROVED PROJECTS: No new administratively approved applications from July 11, 2026, to July 27, 2026.
