Call to Order
Introduction of Guests
This time is set aside for any person who wishes to address the Committee. Presentations should be limited to no more than 3 minutes. Each person should fill out the Speaker's register prior to the meeting and give it to the Chair. The Committee can only discuss items that are on the agenda. Discussion by the Committee of any item not on the agenda shall be limited to statements of specific information given in response to any inquiry, a recitation of existing policy in response to an inquiry, and/or a proposal to place the item on a future agenda. The presiding officer, during the Hearing of Residents portion of the agenda will call on those persons who have signed up to speak in the order they have registered.

- Status update on credit card machine repair/replacement
- Installation scheduling status of Schertz-Cibolo Cemetery
New Business/Initiatives
Oral History Project: (Potential) Champion, Lauren Dalton / Support, Jim Burdett
- Discussing plans for gathering community stories and strategies for sharing them
- Update on the photo sorting project progress
- Discussion on assessed items and donation recommendations to the committee
- Discussion on funding restoration of the mural at Main and Lindberg
- Review of the committee's participation on Articles of Past Mayors
- Organize a trivia night in collaboration with Parks and Rec, aiming to host it at Pickrell Park.
- Potential continued production of the calendar to feature a theme on famous historical figures from Schertz, incorporating a postcard-style cover inspired by Roz Wise's billboard idea.
- Engage in city events, including 1-2 Farmers Markets, Holidazzle, and a Schertz-Cibolo Cemetery event scheduled for either May or October.
- Organize a scavenger hunt with a QR code. Brian James will gather feedback on its execution through the GIS department.
