ITEM:

Discussion and possible action on any and all matters regarding Resolution No. 2001.  A resolution of the Mayor and City Council of the City of San Luis, Arizona, declaring its intention to provide the enhanced municipal services of operating and maintaining certain retention basins within the area described as Santa Cecilia Subdivision, Yuma County, Arizona.  (Jose A. SUMMARY:

As a requirement of the City of San Luis subdivision regulations, an enhanced municipal services improvement district is required for approved subdivisions. The City has received a petition to form an enhanced municipal services improvement district for Santa Cecilia Subdivision. This is the resolution to create that district. 

RECOMMENDATION / SUGGESTED MOTION:

I MOVE TO APPROVE AND ADOPT RESOLUTION 2001.
