ITEM:
Oath & Swearing-in of office for appointed officers to serve on the Municipal Property Corporation to be officiated by Janet Taylor, Notary Public.
SUMMARY:
When directors are appointed by City Council and Officers are elected by the Board of the Municipal Property Corporation, they are to be sworn in to office. The signed and sworn documents are filed with the City Clerk so that the City of San Luis has a record of who sits on the Municipal Property Corporation and a record of swearing to the responsibility in the oath.
