ITEM:
Discussion and possible action to hold an executive session jointly with the San Luis Facility Development Corporation pursuant to A.R.S. §38-431.03(A) (3) and (4) on any and all matters regarding contracting for surplus buses from the Federal Government for use by the San Luis Regional Detention and Support Center for discussion or consultation for legal advice with the City Attorney or attorneys in order to consider the city's position and instruct its attorneys. SUMMARY:
City Council can be properly advised by holding an executive session for the purpose described in the Agenda Item.
