Vote to hold an Executive Session pursuant to A.R.S. §38-431.03(A)(1), (3) and (4).
Discussion and possible action on any and all matters to hold an Executive Session pursuant to A.R.S. §38-431.03(A)(1), (3) and (4) for discussion or consideration of appointment of a Temporary Magistrate or Temporary Magistrates, for discussion or consultation for legal advice with the City Attorney and to consider the City Council's position and instruct the city attorney regarding the Temporary Magistrate contract or contracts that are the subject of negotiation.
