ITEM:
Discussion and possible direction to staff on any and all matters regarding the Annual Report to the Arizona Corporation Commission. (Kay Marion Macuil, Attorney)
SUMMARY:
As required by Arizona law, San Luis Municipal Property Corporation makes an annual report to the Arizona Corporation Commission. We are providing it to the Board Members as part of the annual meeting to report that the Corporation continues to be in good standing.
