Discussion and possible action on any and all matters regarding the election of officers for the San Luis Facility Development Corporation. (Kay Marion Macuil, Attorney for the Corporation)
SUMMARY:
The terms of the directors for the San Luis Facility Development Corporation will expire on July 29, 2018.
At the Regular Council Meeting held June 13, 2018, the Mayor and Council of the City of San Luis, Arizona approved Resolution No. 2047 to elect current board members to continue to serve the San Luis Facility Development Corporation Board for an additional 3- year term.
Below is a list of the directors and their offices currently serving on the board.
