ITEM:
Discussion and possible action on any and all matters regarding the Amendment to Broker/Consultant Agreement dated May 22, 2013. (Olivia Jenkins, Human Resources Manager and Kay Macuil, City Attorney).
SUMMARY:
The Board of Trustees previously approved the Broker/Consultant agreement and its 2016 amendment with Susan Posada. However, the signed amendment is missing from the file. This Action Item is simply a clean-up measure to clarify the record by ratifying the amendment effective July 1, 2016. The amendment and the agreement are attached to this item for the Trustees' review.
RECOMMENDATION / SUGGESTED MOTION:
I MOVE TO APPROVE AND RATIFY THE AMENDMENT TO THE BROKER/CONSULTANT AGREEMENT EFFECTIVE JULY 16, 2016 AS PRESENTED.
