Discussion and possible action to hold an Executive Session pursuant to A.R.S. §38-431.03(A)(3) on any and all matters regarding discussion or consultation for legal advice with the city's attorneys regarding the Industrial Development Authority of San Luis issuing lending pursuant to A.R.S. 35-701 through 35-773 for a medical mall.
