Discussion and possible action on any and all matters regarding expiration of Board Members' terms on October 31, 2019, and recommendations to City Council for appointments or renewed appointments of Board Members. (Kay Marion Macuil, Corporation Attorney)

All Board Members terms expire October 31, 2019.  Under the by laws the Board passed in 2016, the term for every director is two (2) years.  To qualify to be on the Board, a person must be a resident of San Luis, Arizona.  City Council will be making appointments or renewing existing appointments.  The attorney seeks recommendations to take to City Council.
