ITEM:
Discussion and possible action on any and all matters regarding election of secretary. (Kay Marion Macuil, City Attorney, Attorney for SLFDC)
SUMMARY:
On December 12, 2019, former Secretary of the Board Olivia Jenkins submitted a resignation letter to Board President Jenny Torres. (The letter is attached). She was to be traveling out of the Country and retiring as a City Employee on January 31, 2019. She has served the Board with dedication since 2014.
On March 13, 2019, the City Council appointed former Board Member Marco Pinzon.
Now that there is a fully appointed Board, the Directors can vote to fill the Office of Secretary.
