ITEM:

Discussion and possible action on any and all matters regarding Resolution No. 2073.  A resolution of the Mayor and City Council of the City of San Luis, Arizona, declaring as a public record the document titled "Draft Infrastructure Improvements Plan, and Development Fee Report."  (Kay Marion Macuil, City Attorney)

SUMMARY:

The attached Draft Infrastructure Improvement Plan and Development Fee Report has been on the city's website since December 20, 2018, and was part of the December 20, 2018, Work Session Agenda Packet.  Formally declaring it a public record will cause three (3) copies to be on file with the City Clerk to be available for public inspection and will allow the city to save on publication costs if the document is adopted as part of the Development Fee process.  

RECOMMENDATION / SUGGESTED MOTION:

I MOVE TO APPROVE RESOLUTION NO. 2073.
