ITEM:
Discussion and possible action on any and all matters regarding the election of Chair and Vice Chair to the San Luis Economic Development Commission.
SUMMARY:
Under Section IV. A. of the Economic Development Commission Bylaws, the commission is required to nominate and appoint a Chair and Vice Chair from among the voting members at the annual meeting of the Commission. Since the council appointed a new board, elections will be held in May instead of June.
RECOMMENDATION / SUGGESTED MOTION:
