ITEM:
Discussion and possible directions to commission on any and all matters regarding the proposed amendments to the San Luis Economic Development Commission Bylaws.
SUMMARY:
The Economic Development Department is proposing to amend the following sections:
- Bylaws- Change the Community Development Department to Economic Development Division
- Article III. B Membership Categories- Review categories and discuss adding services.
- Article V. A. Regulars meetings-discuss setting a date and time.
- Any other amendment as suggested by board.
RECOMMENDATION / SUGGESTED MOTION:
I MOVE TO APPROVE THE AMENDMENTS TO THE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION BYLAWS, AS PRESENTED.
