Vote to hold an Executive Session pursuant to A.R.S. §§38-431.03(A)(3) and 38-431.03(A)(4)
Discussion and possible action to hold an Executive Session pursuant to A.R.S. §§38-431.03(A)(3) and 38-431.03(A)(4) on any and all matters relating to settling the city's claim against LPC Construction, Inc. and its bonding company for completion of contracted road work for discussion or consultation for legal advice with the City Attorney or the City's Attorneys and in order to consider the City's position and instruct its Attorneys.
